Description

  • Own the entire outbound process from research and list building to booked discovery calls.
  • Build target lists of businesses that need design services.
  • Craft outbound messaging designed to generate responses and qualified conversations.
  • Use Apollo and other outreach tools to improve prospecting efficiency.
  • Work with HubSpot and Notion CRM to track outreach activity and pipeline progress.
  • Book discovery calls with decision makers who have budget authority.
  • Scale appointment volume and improve outbound performance over time.
  • Build systems and processes alongside the founder to support sales growth.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and a track record of results.
  • Ability to have casual, authentic conversations over phone or email.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently hitting appointment quotas.
  • Self-starter mindset with the initiative to take ownership and run independently.
  • Comfort working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
  • Ability to build systems from the ground up.
  • Preference for relationship building over high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Not a fit for candidates who need micromanagement, hand-holding, or rigid scripts.
