Description

  • Achieve sales targets independently through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Deliver software demonstrations and training sessions to potential clients.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through targeted outreach, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Interact with clients, prospects, partners, and internal staff through face-to-face and other communication channels.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of software sales experience in the assigned region.
  • Educational background in Business Management or IT.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience within global IT vendor companies.
  • Experience in software or hardware sales in finance, publicly listed companies, large enterprises, or the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must reside in Kazakhstan.
  • Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
  • Willingness to travel for prospecting and client meetings.
  • Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
  • Experience delivering software demonstrations and/or training to potential clients.
