Description

  • Own the Anthropic relationship end to end as the single point of contact between Nimble Gravity and Anthropic.
  • Maintain high-frequency cadence with Anthropic partner managers and field sellers, managing expectations and surfacing issues early.
  • Expand Nimble Gravity’s Anthropic field footprint by building relationships across account executives, partner managers, solutions architects, and industry leads.
  • Run joint account planning with Anthropic to identify the best-fit accounts and translate plans into outreach and pursuits.
  • Generate, qualify, and close opportunities sourced through Anthropic, from discovery through proposal and signed statement of work.
  • Leverage existing MSAs and account knowledge to create warm entry points for Anthropic introductions and deal pursuits.
  • Build and codify the Anthropic playbook, including messaging, proof points, deal registration, and partner program mechanics.
  • Create reusable assets such as case studies, vision videos, ROI calculators, and reference architectures from Claude engagements.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, product, RevOps, the office of the CTO, and leadership to align strategy and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Own pipeline development and forecasting in HubSpot while tracking relationship health, recency, and partner signals.
  • Represent Nimble Gravity in the Anthropic ecosystem through partner events, briefings, and joint customer engagements.
  • Stay current on Anthropic product and program changes and adjust internal positioning quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining technology partner management with consultative services sales to enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success in a partner manager, alliances, or co-sell role with a major AI, cloud, or data platform vendor such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google, or Snowflake.
  • Direct Anthropic experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and managing field seller relationships and converting them into sourced pipeline and closed services engagements.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise AI landscape, including Claude, agentic systems, retrieval, evaluation, governance, and production ROI use cases.
  • Experience selling or co-selling consulting and professional services into enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of AI platform partner programs, including deal registration, partner tiers, co-sell mechanics, joint marketing, and partner-sourced versus partner-attached deals.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to run a repeatable partner motion.
  • Experience building executive-level communications and vision-led proposals.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience with revenue operations tools and systems; HubSpot is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of carrying and hitting quota.
  • Ability to work in the US and travel as needed, including meaningful time on-site with Anthropic and clients.
