Description

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and required patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Use consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate medical aesthetic services.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to support clear communication and coordination throughout the patient journey.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work weekends as required by business needs.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to sit or stand intermittently for 8-12 hour shifts and push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds.
