Description

  • Own and drive the channel marketing function in close partnership with channel sales, business development, and sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain partner marketing assets including co-branded collateral, battlecards, solution briefs, objection-handling guides, demo materials, and sales playbooks.
  • Create partner-facing content that positions Schoox within larger HCM and workforce management platform ecosystems.
  • Develop partner onboarding and training materials to accelerate time-to-productivity for new reseller and referral partners.
  • Keep partner teams current on product updates, positioning changes, proof points, and competitive differentiators.
  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, events, sponsorships, and content co-creation.
  • Build co-marketing plans aligned to partner go-to-market priorities and manage MDF where applicable.
  • Track and report on co-marketing program performance and optimize for partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue.
  • Support partner lead generation with campaign-in-a-box programs, customizable assets, and co-branded landing pages.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for channel partners and manage the partner marketing content library.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or channel programs in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Direct experience with or within the enterprise HCM ecosystem is strongly preferred, including UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of indirect channel programs, including reseller structures, partner portals, and co-sell motions.
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement and co-marketing content that partners will use.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and programs simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort presenting to and collaborating with partner stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and partner portal or PRM platforms; Salesforce is preferred.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to measure program performance and use insights to improve results.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building a function with limited precedent and a lean team.
