Description

  • Develop and execute partnership strategy and operational plans for top restaurant partners.
  • Own and manage relationships with some of DoorDash’s largest restaurant clients.
  • Influence and execute off-premise strategy across all phases of the partnership lifecycle.
  • Oversee partner operations, including POS integrations, reporting, menu optimization, merchant marketing, and operational improvements.
  • Analyze data and apply insights to increase adoption of DoorDash products and services.
  • Drive partner growth through marketing, product, and other initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, legal, analytics, product, and support teams.
  • Serve as a working team lead coordinating DoorDash management and partner stakeholders.
  • Turn broad business challenges into actionable projects with milestones and goals.
  • Manage projects and maintain strong organization and presentation of work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, operations consulting, business strategy, analytics, finance, business operations, or other analytically intensive and client-facing roles.
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions.
  • Strong project management, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a bias for action.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to turn broad challenges into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals with minimal guidance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of business.
  • Proficiency with Excel and creating impactful presentations.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $121,120 to $178,160 USD, depending on location and relevant factors.
  • Total on-target earnings of $151,400 to $222,700 USD including base pay and commissions.
