Description

  • Generate new leads daily through outbound calls, SMS, and available data sources.
  • Verify contact details before outreach and coordinate with skip tracing when data is incomplete.
  • Qualify leads through live conversations to assess intent, timeline, and opportunity.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and SMS outreach, adjusting scripts in real time based on responses.
  • Handle objections, move conversations toward qualification, and escalate hot leads with clear context.
  • Update REI Sift and GoHighLevel immediately after every interaction and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Tag, categorize, and move leads through the pipeline based on current status.
  • Maintain structured follow-up sequences and re-engage cold, unresponsive, or stuck leads.
  • Track daily activity metrics and provide weekly performance summaries with insights.
  • Communicate pipeline progress, issues, and campaign feedback clearly to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on cold calling and lead generation experience.
  • Willingness and comfort with high-volume outbound calls every day.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads through conversation rather than checklist-style questioning.
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, confident, and conversational style.
  • CRM proficiency with REI Sift, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Ability to update systems in real time and maintain accurate data without supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and hit activity targets without constant monitoring.
  • Stable internet, a quiet calling environment, and a reliable system setup.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available for US-aligned working hours.
  • Experience with dialer systems and SMS platforms is implied / preferred.
