Description

  • Build and maintain a 3–6 month demand forecast tied to revenue targets and required MQL/SQL volume.
  • Own pipeline performance, forecasting, and reporting for leadership.
  • Manage the paid demand budget across channels and optimize spend for full-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Lead paid social strategy, including targeting, budget, testing, and sequencing.
  • Own paid search strategy across Google and Bing, including keywords, bidding, structure, and conversion tracking.
  • Manage content syndication vendors, audience targeting, budget, and lead quality standards.
  • Own webinar promotion, audience targeting, spend, registration growth, and pipeline measurement.
  • Manage review site programs on G2 and Gartner, including review generation and paid placements.
  • Build and manage retargeting audiences and improve landing pages, forms, and inbound conversion rates.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Campaigns, Events, Sales, SDRs, and Finance on attribution, lead quality, budget pacing, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation or pipeline marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning paid budgets and pipeline forecasts.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid social, paid search, and ABM.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally while owning results.
  • Strong analytical, pragmatic, and revenue-oriented mindset.
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor.
  • Must work North America hours from Eastern time.
  • Permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without current or future sponsorship.
  • Preferred experience with content syndication, webinars, review sites, retargeting, attribution, lead scoring, and lifecycle rules.

  • Base salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD.
