Description

  • Enable partners on Saviynt products through training and technical guidance.
  • Develop joint solution offerings and technical solutions with partners to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct workshops to create sales plays and partner-facing solution strategies.
  • Deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions and architecture approaches.
  • Provide best practices and answer feasibility questions related to integration architecture.
  • Support partner-led product marketing activities, including webinars and blogs.
  • Collaborate with product management to share partner feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Communicate with business development and partner leaders to prioritize and manage regional opportunities.
  • Provide field feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications.
  • 2+ years of Solutions Engineering or Implementation experience.
  • Proven experience enabling new and existing partners or distributors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Domain expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security preferred.
  • Experience in Identity Governance and Administration concepts such as identity lifecycle management, entitlements management, access requests, workflows, policy and role management, access certification, audit, reporting/analytics, and deployment scenarios preferred.
  • Technical experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Elastic Search.
  • Basic understanding of Groovy, PowerShell, and Graph API.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, WS-Trust, SPNEGO, x.509, SPML, Kerberos, REST, and JSON.
  • Understanding of data governance concepts, compliance regulations, and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, COBIT, CIS, CSA, NIST, and PCI.
  • Experience with directory and identity platforms such as Azure AD, Okta UD, JumpCloud, OneLogin, PingDirectory, Active Directory, eDirectory, Oracle Internet Directory, and Radiant Logic.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies including HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and encryption.
  • Security and privacy literacy training completion during onboarding and annually thereafter, if required.
  • Agreement to review and adhere to information security and privacy policies and procedures, if required.
