Description

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research and high-volume outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, trials, proof-of-concept engagements, pricing negotiations, and closing.
  • Sell Samsara solutions to mid-sized customers with deal sizes typically ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.
  • Navigate multiple stakeholders and sell to executives and CXOs.
  • Build and maintain genuine customer relationships over time.
  • Learn customer businesses and industry workflows to position Samsara’s value effectively.
  • Collaborate with teammates throughout the selling process.
  • Use CRM tools such as SFDC to manage pipeline and sales activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience selling in the midmarket space with medium to large deal sizes.
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with teammates.
  • SFDC familiarity.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or working with multiple stakeholders is preferred.

  • Annual on-target earnings of CAD $172,500 to $189,750, depending on city of residence.
