Description

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and top-down prospecting through contract execution at the IDN/health system level.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving senior executives such as COOs, CHROs, and CEOs over 6–18 month cycles.
  • Collaborate with Learning Design and Leadership teams to tailor solutions for specific clinical and operational gaps.
  • Develop and refine the business case and positioning when pitches do not land, iterating quickly to move deals forward.
  • Build and manage a structured sales process in an environment with limited existing structure.
  • Work toward outcomes and ROI by selling complex services rather than features.
  • Maintain momentum through long, bureaucratic sales cycles while advancing prospects toward close.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, ideally selling complex services or high-ACV services into health systems.
  • Ability to build a business case that resonates with CFOs or Chief People Officers.
  • Proven track record of navigating long, bureaucratic sales cycles without losing momentum.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Healthcare experience is a major plus.
  • High sales IQ is required.
  • Business stamina and a strong sense of urgency are non-negotiable.
  • Experience working in low-structure environments and creating structure is preferred.
  • Comfort with a builder role rather than a highly defined role is preferred.
