Description

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and outbound outreach through negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects and expansion opportunities across SMB accounts.
  • Build ROI-based business cases and tailor sales conversations to mission-driven needs of public and private-sector stakeholders.
  • Apply the Sandler methodology and MEDDPICC framework to uncover needs, map capabilities, and advance deals.
  • Use Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress, maintain forecasting accuracy, and refine sales strategy.
  • Use ZoomInfo and Outreach to support strategic pipeline development and prospecting.
  • Prioritize accounts, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain a disciplined pipeline to hit quota.
  • Leverage AI and sales tools to reduce administrative work and improve account planning.
  • Develop internal champions and execute mutual action plans to move enterprise-level deals forward.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in complex organizational structures.
  • Experience selling to Marketing, HR, or IT stakeholders is a plus.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and product-led growth signals.
  • Demonstrated success using MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification framework.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience building formal business cases and executing mutual action plans (MAPs).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Proactive use of AI productivity tools to automate administrative tasks.
  • Experience navigating enterprise-level deals and managing multiple stakeholders.
