Description

  • Prospect into enterprise accounts across ANZ to build pipeline and start qualified conversations with VP-level and above stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30 to 50 existing customers to support renewals, upsells, retention, and product adoption.
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to qualify and progress opportunities through the sales process.
  • Run customer QBRs and handle commercial escalations to maintain trusted relationships and customer value.
  • Track pipeline, activity, and customer health accurately in Salesforce.
  • Serve as a bridge between outbound prospecting and enterprise deal execution.
  • Work independently on commercial relationships while contributing to the broader ANZ go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development role within a SaaS environment.
  • Track record of prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP-level and above stakeholders.
  • Experience managing customer relationships commercially, including renewals, upsells, or account management.
  • Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, cloud, or data integration technology.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP is a bonus.
  • Ability to work with resilience and commercial curiosity in a fast-moving outbound role.
  • Bias for action and confidence engaging senior stakeholders without being overbearing.
  • Genuine interest in understanding customer data problems, not just pitching products.
