Description

Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including build, testing, scheduling, and launch.
Manage nurture streams, automated workflows, audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targeting.
Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problems.
Maintain data hygiene and CRM/database integrity across connected systems.
Collaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to support seamless marketing operations.
Develop campaign performance dashboards, reporting, and recurring marketing performance analysis.
Analyze email and campaign KPIs and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Partner with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to coordinate timelines, approvals, testing, and communications.

Requirements

5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools.
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation.
Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities.
Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce.
Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferred.
Must be available to work EST business hours, 9:00 AM ET to 6:00 PM ET.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams during EST hours.
Role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
