Description

  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including build, testing, scheduling, and launch.
  • Manage nurture streams, automated workflows, audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targeting.
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problems.
  • Maintain data hygiene and CRM/database integrity across connected systems.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and other integrated platforms to support seamless marketing operations.
  • Develop campaign performance dashboards, reporting, and recurring marketing performance analysis.
  • Analyze email and campaign KPIs and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with content, creative, digital, analytics, and sales teams to coordinate timelines, approvals, testing, and communications.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot, with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing environments and lead generation programs is preferred.
  • Must be available to work EST business hours, 9:00 AM ET to 6:00 PM ET.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams during EST hours.
  • Role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
