Description

  • Own the end-to-end demand-generation strategy and execute against pipeline and growth targets.
  • Build and manage the full-funnel demand-generation engine and iterate based on performance data.
  • Work across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR/media relations with U.S.-based channel counterparts.
  • Adapt and localize content such as articles, decks, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages from English to Portuguese for Brazil.
  • Partner with the Mexico SaaS Sales team to build the go-to-market execution plan and demand-generation pipeline.
  • Bring competitive intelligence and local market insight on buyer behavior and the media landscape to inform GTM strategy.
  • Reprioritize quickly as business needs shift while owning outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM with understanding of local buyer behavior, the media landscape, and the competitive environment.
  • Proven full-funnel demand-generation experience with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on proficiency across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, PR/media relations, and content localization.
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration with North America-based teams.
  • Native or fluent Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, and Canva or Photoshop.
