Description

  • Execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Build, test, schedule, and launch emails, nurture streams, and automated workflows.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalization, suppression lists, and campaign targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, forms, lists, automation, and campaign setup.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, automation failures, sync errors, and campaign delivery problems.
  • Maintain data hygiene and CRM/database integrity across connected systems.
  • Develop campaign performance dashboards and recurring marketing reports.
  • Analyze email KPIs and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with content, creative, digital, analytics, sales, and integrated platform stakeholders to coordinate campaigns and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong experience building workflows, nurture journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA/testing capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and marketing operations processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager is a plus; B2B marketing and lead generation experience is preferred.
