Description

  • Proactively source business development opportunities aligned with RSI’s strategic priorities.
  • Support structured procurement processes from evaluation through commercial recommendation.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence, including financial, product, and regulatory assessment.
  • Identify and pursue content partnership opportunities across RSI’s gaming verticals.
  • Support commercial negotiations covering revenue share models, promotional funding, fixed fees, and market launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendor partners.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with RSI commercial standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives through optimized vendor mix and content strategy.
  • Analyze performance data to identify underperforming content and recommend corrective action.
  • Support vendor onboarding and commercial due diligence for new market launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
  • Monitor KPIs related to partner performance and revenue contribution.
  • Partner with BI to improve reporting visibility and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoice and contract interpretation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, commercial management, or account leadership roles.
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, or regulated digital gaming environments preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally as required.
