Description

  • Support continuous improvement of internal materials, templates, and documentation, including maintaining a comprehensive proposal library.
  • Archive, update, and centralize business development resources such as case studies and capabilities decks.
  • Coordinate workflow between internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales-related tasks, including lead generation and prospecting efforts.
  • Support the development and completion of Request for Information (RFI) responses.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team.
  • Maintain pipeline data, lead reporting, and key Salesforce metrics in collaboration with Project Coordinators.
  • Manage intake and coordination of RFP requests to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support marketing initiatives as directed by the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development.
  • Manage RFP and vendor platforms related to proposal requests and submissions.
  • Perform ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the healthcare space or a related field such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, healthcare, technical, or operational field.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and proactively finding solutions as processes or priorities evolve.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare space preferred.

  • $70,000 to $90,000 USD salary range.
