Description

  • Build and own the long-term Sales Operations strategy aligned to revenue growth, GTM motion, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Establish scalable processes, standards, and systems across supply- and demand-facing teams.
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to the CRO, SVP Marketplace, and broader management team.
  • Own CRM architecture, governance, automation, and workflow optimization in HubSpot.
  • Oversee forecasting activities with Finance and Data, including multi-level forecasting and pipeline review cadences.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures for KPI tracking, forecasting, and market-level performance analysis.
  • Own end-to-end sales compensation design, quota setting, territory design, and incentive administration.
  • Partner with People Ops and Finance to ensure compliant and timely commission payouts.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, BD, Customer Success, and Data teams on lead management, routing, funnel optimization, and SOP alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Ops team while setting KPIs, cadences, and accountability mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy, including at least 5 years leading teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments where GTM motion, CAC/LTV, and field strategy matter.
  • Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM design, sales automation, reporting, and lifecycle configuration.
  • Deep experience owning sales forecasting, pipeline management frameworks, and revenue predictability.
  • Demonstrated success designing sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance incentive systems.
  • Strong experience partnering with Data and Finance teams on reporting, ETL/data issues, attribution, and forecasting.
  • Ability to set vision and drive execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with strong spreadsheet, dashboard, and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience scaling Sales Ops teams from early stage to growth phase, working in online marketplaces or multi-sided platforms, and using advanced forecasting models or RevOps tools such as Clay, BoostUp, or Gong.

Benefits

  • Tiered base salary of $180,000-$230,000 USD for Tier 1 locations, $160,000-$210,000 for Tier 2, $150,000-$195,000 for Tier 3, and $145,000-$185,000 for Tier 4.
