Description

  • Analyze sales data to identify business challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Use AI tools and automation to accelerate insights, improve decision-making, and increase productivity.
  • Develop and test problem-solving frameworks, define success metrics, and implement scalable solutions with monitoring plans.
  • Own reporting and analysis for sales pipeline, bookings, headcount, productivity, and quota attainment.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis to track sales quota achievement.
  • Monitor business health and surface trends, process improvements, and key insights.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for the annual planning process and sales territory strategy.
  • Manage escalations and serve as a cross-functional point of contact to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support strategic sales operations projects across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, physics, data science, or another STEM-related field.
  • At least 6 years of analytical experience transforming sales or financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and data systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience leveraging AI in automation, workflow enablement, and building AI-powered agents to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis, content creation, summarization, data clean-up, and presentation preparation.
  • Experience in a Sales Operations or FP&A Analytics role.
  • Strong process development and writing experience.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau or Looker is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, quick to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in problem-solving.
