Description

  • Analyze business challenges and opportunities using data, then deliver strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate insights, improve decision-making, and increase productivity.
  • Develop, test, and evolve problem-solving frameworks and scalable solutions, including success metrics and monitoring plans.
  • Own reporting and analysis for sales pipeline, bookings, headcount, and productivity.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of sales quota achievement.
  • Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for the annual planning process and sales territory strategy.
  • Manage escalations and serve as a cross-functional point of contact to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support a variety of strategic sales operations projects.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, physics, data science, or another STEM-related field.
  • At least 6 years of analytical experience transforming sales or financial data into actionable strategies.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience leveraging AI in automation, workflow enablement, and building AI-powered agents to reduce manual work.
  • Experience using AI tools for analysis, content creation, summarization, data cleanup, and presentation.
  • Experience in a Sales Operations or FP&A Analytics role.
  • Strong process development and writing experience.
  • Experience with reporting platforms such as Tableau or Looker is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.
