Description

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Design data models, identity resolution strategies, and data unification processes.
  • Integrate data from CRM, web, mobile, and third-party platforms into Data Cloud.
  • Define and build audience segmentation and activation strategies.
  • Provide guidance on data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and data workflows.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce and Data Cloud capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
