Description

  • Manage customer relationships to support renewals, new business opportunities, and expansion efforts.
  • Drive inbound and outbound sales activity through customer meetings and lead management.
  • Present product solutions to diverse customer segments, independently and with leadership support.
  • Develop and execute segmented sales plans using automation to improve efficiency and outreach.
  • Identify trends in inbound inquiries to refine messaging and improve engagement.
  • Build and maintain product and sales methodology knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experiences.
  • Use CRM tools to track activities, monitor pipeline health, and maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Support up-selling and cross-selling efforts to grow account value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in EdTech sales; education background preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Ability to build rapport through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and analyzing sales data for strategic planning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Proficiency in delivering web-based presentations and using PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 times per year for off-site team meetings or conferences.
  • Ability to perform stationary work, such as sitting or standing, for extended periods.
