Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for new business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed an annual new sales quota of $360K by the end of 2026.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 3x ACV coverage through outbound prospecting and qualification.
  • Conduct at least 10 customer meetings or calls per week and record notes and next steps in CRM within 24 hours.
  • Add at least 25 qualified opportunities to the pipeline each month based on ideal customer profile criteria.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate value to clinical and education-focused buyers.
  • Improve demo-to-close conversion rates and demo attendance through proactive follow-up and preparation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to improve outreach, scheduling, and lead conversion.
  • Analyze pipeline and conversion metrics regularly and adjust sales strategies to improve performance.
  • Support a strong buying experience and help strengthen ImPACT’s sales motion.

Requirements

  • Experience in a BDR, junior Account Executive, or similar sales role.
  • Proven ability to prospect, manage pipeline, and close new business.
  • Experience working in a small business or startup environment.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, with Salesforce and Gong preferred.
  • Experience delivering product demos.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to win and improve.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and take ownership in a rebuilding sales function.
  • Experience selling into clinical or healthcare markets is preferred.
  • Background as a competitive athlete or experience in highly performance-driven environments is preferred.
  • Remote work ability and willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for off-site team meetings or conferences.
