Description

  • Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content, and events.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on pipeline goals and lead quality.
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI.
  • Collaborate on content strategy to support demand generation efforts such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives where relevant.
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in B2B demand generation and pipeline marketing.
  • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes.
  • Comfort working across different industries, audiences, and go-to-market motions.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with both inbound and outbound demand generation strategies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferred.
