Description

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Use sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong competency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (9am-5pm EST).
