Description

  • Own and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Lever), keeping workflows, settings, candidate statuses, and configurations accurate and current.
  • Optimize ATS usage through reporting, automation, and process improvements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, job descriptions, interview plans, scorecards, application questions, interview questions, and take-home assignments.
  • Draft, post, and manage job openings across Lever and external job platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, interviewer preparation, and candidate communication.
  • Collect, track, and synthesize interview feedback to support timely hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle while ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks for final candidates and document the outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to secure budget approval and funding for job postings and recruiting tools.
  • Support administrative and operational People Ops tasks, including employee data, org charts, documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or People Ops with a strong recruiting focus.
  • Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System, with Lever strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and run structured hiring processes.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Clear, professional communication style with a candidate- and team-first mindset.
  • Comfort owning recruiting operations end-to-end while also supporting People Ops administrative work.
  • Experience with People Ops tools and systems; Deel or similar global People platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation in recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Proactive, process-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
