Description

  • Research potential clients in target markets and build a reliable pipeline of leads.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach through personalized cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Use consultative discovery to uncover prospect pain points related to global hiring and compliance.
  • Handle objections with patience and empathy while positioning RemotePass as a partner.
  • Engage prospects in their native language and create genuine interest in the company’s services.
  • Craft messages to secure introductory meetings and support lead progression.
  • Coordinate appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
  • Work toward daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Professional or native fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in the UKI markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the target language.
  • Ability to navigate complex business nuances and cultural etiquette.
  • Comfort with high-activity outbound environments and extensive daily phone outreach.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Ability to handle pushback gracefully and stay curious when facing objections.
  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team in an evolving environment.
