Description

  • Exceed annual quota for bringing in new Bend health partners.
  • Prospect new business independently and with Bend and Lyra lead generation partners.
  • Inspire senior executives to prioritize mental health initiatives.
  • Educate partner leadership on the U.S. mental health care system and Bend’s benefits.
  • Communicate Bend’s value proposition verbally, in writing, and with quantitative analysis.
  • Negotiate with medical directors, administrators, network contracting, finance, and procurement executives.
  • Document deal progress to support business growth and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client management.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with contracted health systems to grow referral volume and scope of services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a comparable role.
  • Experience selling directly to health systems or consulting with health systems is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills for business terms and contract discussions.
  • Interest in understanding the workings of the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Passion for mental health.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills with comfort analyzing numbers to identify insights.
  • Tenacious, persistent, intellectually curious, and highly organized.
  • Willingness to travel 40%.
  • Must be physically located within commuting distance to Baltimore, MD.

  • Annual base salary of $81,200 to $111,650, plus eligibility for commission payments.
