Description

  • Lead video screening calls with prospective instructors to assess charisma, expertise, and teaching potential.
  • Pivot from interviewer to recruiter when candidates are a fit and sell them on the ELVTR instructor opportunity.
  • Politely decline senior leaders who do not meet instructor standards while protecting the ELVTR brand.
  • Manage candidate progression into the production phase and coordinate seamless handoff to Course Creators.
  • Provide real-time feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria and candidate targeting.
  • Maintain organized records and manage a high volume of meetings in the ATS/CRM and Zoom.
  • Align outreach and interview scheduling with U.S. business hours, including afternoon/evening shifts and occasional later calls.
  • Work closely with internally sourced candidates rather than sourcing leads yourself.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management.
  • Exceptional English proficiency with strong verbal nuance and the ability to adapt communication style to different personalities.
  • Ability to hold confident, polished conversations with C-suite and senior executives.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of meetings via Zoom.
  • Experience keeping records organized in an ATS/CRM such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work remote from South Africa during afternoon/evening SAST hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
  • Availability for occasional later evening calls to accommodate U.S. West Coast executives.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, preferably fibre.
  • Backup power solution such as a UPS or inverter is highly advantageous.
  • A quiet, professional home office environment during working hours.
