Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect needs and fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects sourced from external channels.
  • Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools; HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus are a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying resilient through criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and diligent work ethic.
  • Must write and speak fluent English.
  • Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus but optional.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
