Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and contact them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess prospect fit based on their needs.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through hand-off to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from various external sources.
  • Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to launch the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools, with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus knowledge considered a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Strong resilience and a positive attitude when facing criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • High sense of urgency, self-starter mindset, and proactive approach with new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
