Description

  • Lead media partnership efforts by identifying, negotiating, and securing agreements that support business growth.
  • Create and execute promotions and campaigns that improve user engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee brand messaging and maintain a consistent tone of voice across marketing assets and channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with media agencies to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Performance Marketing, BI, and Product teams, and recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to align and communicate upcoming campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies reflect market trends and are executed effectively.
  • Support management with research, analysis, and planning for growth strategies and business development.
  • Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain sportsbook and casino players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and business development role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and/or selling media properties.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for iGaming and Sports.
  • Innovative, creative, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
