Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning across logistics customer segments.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion targeting Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Drive integrations and product execution around TMS systems, load boards, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflows.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process and develop investor narratives with support from FutureSight's network.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company culture and operating foundation from inception.
  • Operate as the CEO and primary decision-maker for the venture in partnership with the studio.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Willingness to co-create with a venture studio rather than take a salaried executive role.
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder note are required for application.
