Description

  • Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams and help resolve complex sales inquiries and deal-blocking issues.
  • Manage partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle from initial contact through closure.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting for direct referrals and partner revenue.
  • Design and deliver on-the-job training sessions for partner teams on product features, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
  • Own the Slack sales support channel as the primary point of contact for partner sales questions.
  • Pull in subject matter experts from specialized teams when needed to support partner success.
  • Ensure timely deal closure while keeping Salesforce records accurate, current, and actionable.
  • Audit and update partner information regularly to support reporting and operational reliability.
  • Iterate on the role framework and improve processes based on feedback, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Develop a strategic plan for partner success over time, including revenue growth and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation through closure.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipelines, leads, and sales data accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for long-term partner management.
  • Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
