Description

  • Provide support to employees and clients on benefits-related questions, including plan coverage, pricing, claims, enrollment, unenrollment, invoicing, and platform usage.
  • Process and resolve support tickets and escalations through Zendesk and email.
  • Execute benefits-related data tasks such as preparation, entry, and downloads with care and precision.
  • Help define, document, and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and technical support to maintain benefits programs and ensure smooth plan and policy administration.
  • Maintain operations process documentation and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Research, organize, and distill knowledge in Notion for internal use.
  • Act as an internal and external champion of Remote’s values and the Benefits team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and employee benefits, ideally in the context of delivering PEO services.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellent employee and client support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for working across all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask across multiple tech tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Comfort working with Zendesk, email, Notion, and benefits platforms is implied by the role.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and work in the APAC region.
  • Openness to a full-time individual contributor role in Benefits Operations.
