Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, candidate records, and recruitment documentation.
  • Post and manage job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
  • Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration processes.
  • Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between employees, management, and HR teams.
  • Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
  • Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Experience using Indeed and similar recruitment platforms.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
  • Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare systems is an advantage.
