Description

  • Lead a centralized HR Shared Services function handling first-resolution inquiries and core operational processes.
  • Stabilize and improve a high-volume service environment with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing shared services team.
  • Transform HR Shared Services into a scalable function aligned with organizational growth and strategic goals.
  • Shift service delivery toward self-service enablement and greater employee autonomy.
  • Assess current workflows, knowledge base maturity, response quality, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead operational optimization of shared services platforms to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate with technology and process teams to reduce friction and strengthen automation and digital workflows.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance management processes to track service outcomes.
  • Partner with functional Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to resolve root causes and improve internal customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a shared services or operational environment, including team management.
  • People management and team leadership experience with a track record of talent development.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management in a service delivery context.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into operational improvements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder influence abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong internal customer acumen.
  • Proactive leadership approach with the ability to anticipate risks and implement preemptive solutions.
  • Proficiency in shared services platforms such as Jira and Workday, as well as analytics tools.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

  • Base salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD.
