Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research target accounts, identify potential clients, and personalize outreach messages.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs and fit for the company’s services.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition around predictability and risk reduction.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up sequences.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline updates, and deal stages in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Manage daily tasks, follow-ups, and activity quotas effectively.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market response to improve outreach performance.
  • Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and CRM management.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-activity environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a testing mindset for optimization and experimentation.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred.
  • Experience selling to the U.S. market or to international clients is preferred.
  • Resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Candidates must reside in a LATAM country.
