Description

  • Conduct approximately 100 outbound cold calls per day.
  • Work provided leads while independently prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through closing and order placement.
  • Present products, discuss pricing, and handle negotiation and objections.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail decision-makers.
  • Accurately document activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets, sales goals, and revenue KPIs.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Experience selling to retail, convenience stores, gas stations, or small businesses preferred.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calling.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and persuasive style.
  • Basic CRM proficiency and comfort using sales tools.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
