Description

  • Build a strong understanding of prospects’ businesses and growth opportunities through a customer-focused approach.
  • Represent the company’s full portfolio of services, including consumer fulfillment, material distribution, commercial printing, and packaging.
  • Develop customer-specific programs and opportunities using customer and industry knowledge.
  • Translate market needs into capability needs for operations teams.
  • Identify, contact, and engage decision makers at prospective customers.
  • Make cold calls across all levels of the prospect organization.
  • Prepare and maintain contact lists, call reports, weekly reports, and sales funnel tracking information.
  • Develop sales materials and discussion topics and manage RFP and RFI processes.
  • Participate in industry associations and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with large-scale program stakeholders and leaders to support business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma/GED, vocational/technical certification, or equivalent work experience/on-the-job training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, marketing services, supply chain services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of finding, developing, and winning large-scale programs.
  • Experience with phone-based cold calling techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong process orientation, discipline, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity.
  • PC and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
