Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of legal clients and align their business goals with agency execution.
  • Manage approximately 30 client accounts and support retention and growth across the portfolio.
  • Identify campaign or relationship pain points proactively and coordinate with SEO and Paid Media teams to resolve them.
  • Drive client retention and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help clients scale.
  • Lead internal alignment meetings with SEO, PPC, and Social Media managers to translate client goals into action items.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope through coordination with specialized internal teams.
  • Present performance insights and lead regular strategy calls with law firm stakeholders.
  • Help formalize and improve account management workflows and processes.
  • Maintain organized project logs, client briefs, and status updates in HubSpot and Monday.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing agency account management, specifically agency-side experience rather than SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC, including digital marketing strategy, performance metrics, and optimization discussions with clients.
  • Proficient English fluency in both written and verbal communication is required.
  • Experience using HubSpot, project management software such as Monday.com or Asana, and communication tools like Slack.
  • Must be autonomous, detail-oriented, and have a client-first mentality.
  • Previous experience working with law firms is highly preferred.
  • A great sense of humor is preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in a LATAM country.

  • Salary of $2,500 per month depending on experience.
