Description

  • Drive new business by prospecting and closing sales with new and existing accounts.
  • Conduct outbound activity in addition to working SDR-, partnership-, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Refine target account profiles in collaboration with the SDR and marketing teams.
  • Deliver product demos and take a consultative approach to positioning RemoFirst’s value to prospects.
  • Close accounts quickly and manage a high-velocity sales cycle.
  • Track pipeline progress and report results in the company CRM.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and sales tech stack.
  • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team members across different locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role.
  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software is strongly preferred.
  • Previous EOR experience is a significant plus.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
  • Experience handling complex deals.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and structured working habits.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
