Description

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound channels and inbound lead follow-up across health tech vendors, health systems, payers, and EHR partners.
  • Research target accounts and build multi-threaded outreach strategies tailored to technical, clinical, and business stakeholders.
  • Use AI-powered tools to synthesize account intelligence and create highly personalized outreach at scale.
  • Draft, test, and optimize outbound messaging using AI writing and personalization tools while ensuring accuracy and authenticity.
  • Monitor intent signals such as job postings, tech stack changes, regulatory activity, conference attendance, and EHR migrations to time outreach effectively.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholders at target accounts to increase awareness and meeting conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, prioritize accounts, and hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, sequence, and pipeline records in Salesforce and support CRM hygiene through AI-assisted updates.
  • Share prospect objections, competitive dynamics, and market trends with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product.
  • Contribute to team enablement by sharing AI playbooks, prompt frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of outbound sales development experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, including EHR systems, interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and common pain points for health tech vendors and health systems.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a sales development workflow, including AI-assisted writing, personalization, data enrichment, research, and intent tools.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI output and know when to use, edit, or discard it.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach combined with thoughtful personalization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain the Redox value proposition to technical and business audiences.
  • Understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and the SDR role within the broader revenue engine.
  • Preferred experience prospecting into health tech accounts and working with interoperability concepts such as FHIR APIs, TEFCA, and the 21st Century Cures Act.
  • Preferred experience in a Senior or Lead SDR role with mentorship responsibilities, or in building AI-assisted prospecting workflows or SDR playbooks.
  • Required tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GSuite, AI writing/personalization tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and Gong or Chorus.
  • Preferred tool: HubSpot.

  • Base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with potential incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
