Description

  • Advise CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other executives on AI strategy, governance, organizational change, and Claude adoption.
  • Design and lead strategy sessions and advisory engagements covering AI operating models, governance frameworks, and AI FinOps.
  • Develop perspectives on LLM unit economics, cost allocation, chargeback/showback, model selection, and token-cost management.
  • Own and grow the Anthropic-focused advisory pipeline, offerings, pricing, and delivery methodology.
  • Partner with sales, account, and Anthropic alliance teams on proposals, scoping, co-selling, and customer pursuits.
  • Publish thought leadership and represent phData at industry events, webinars, and partner forums.
  • Oversee advisory engagements, ensuring consistent staffing, methodology, quality, customer satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop consulting talent and resolve delivery escalations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or senior enterprise technology leadership.
  • Track record advising C-level executives on enterprise technology strategy.
  • Direct FinOps experience, ideally including cloud financial management and AI/LLM cost management.
  • Knowledge of token economics, model cost-performance tradeoffs, usage governance, and chargeback/showback models.
  • Experience designing and facilitating executive strategy sessions.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and organizational change related to major technology adoption.
  • Experience with Anthropic’s Claude platform and the broader enterprise AI landscape.
  • Business development experience, including deal shaping, SOW scoping, and presales participation.
  • Strong writing and public-speaking skills with a credible point of view on AI FinOps.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
