  • Prospezionare nuovi clienti tramite attività outbound.
  • Gestire il follow-up di lead inbound e opportunità generate dal team SDR.
  • Condurre demo e presentazioni commerciali in videoconferenza.
  • Negoziare i contratti e chiudere le vendite.
  • Adottare un approccio di vendita consulenziale orientato alle soluzioni.
  • Gestire in autonomia l’intera pipeline commerciale.
  • Analizzare le esigenze del cliente e costruire una proposta di valore efficace.
  • Collaborare con i team Marketing e Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Esperienza commerciale B2B.
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati.
  • Autonomia organizzativa e mentalità imprenditoriale.
  • Esperienza nell’uso di CRM come Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho o strumenti simili.
  • Italiano madrelingua o fluente.
  • Esperienza nel settore immobiliare considerata un plus.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare come freelance con partita IVA o disponibilità ad aprirla.
  • Impegno minimo indicativo di 35 ore settimanali.
