Description

  • Identify, position, and execute capture plans for key strategic opportunities.
  • Develop large commercial captures through cross-functional collaboration from qualification to close.
  • Create technical solutions and win strategies for enterprise opportunities.
  • Gather, assess, and validate customer business and technical needs.
  • Work with business development, delivery, and sales teams to align solutions and account plans.
  • Assess customer IT parameters, constraints, and bid strategies to improve win probability.
  • Evaluate probable competition and anticipate market threats.
  • Map Unlimited Technology offerings against client requirements and identify gaps to close business.
  • Apply pricing and baseline pricing strategies to build competitive capture approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience focused on selling to commercial customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries.
  • Strong relationships within the commercial sector.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
