Description

  • Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a client-facing contact for day-to-day communication and relationship management.
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances with support from senior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues.
  • Identify risks or issues early and propose practical solutions.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience working in medical communications.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting financial tracking or budget management.
  • Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use initiative.
  • Experience working on global or regional accounts (nice to have).
  • Experience across a range of medical affairs deliverables (nice to have).
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Able to take ownership of work and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive.
