Description

  • Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Negotiate appropriate solutions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Write and maintain scalable, enterprise-quality software.
  • Set up, configure, maintain, and enhance infrastructure for JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript microservices.
  • Maintain and enhance large-scale API systems.
  • Build REST interfaces to support internal and external requests.
  • Work with data analytics-driven environments and campaign management systems.
  • Code unit and integration tests for continuous integration.
  • Drive feature engineering and experimentation to improve algorithm performance.
  • Evaluate technical trade-offs for design and implementation decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
  • Proven knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI experience.
  • Expert-level experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with Angular and/or React.
  • Experience with AWS components such as Lambdas, CodeBuild, Cognito, and API Gateway.
  • Good knowledge of Docker and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency with Git, JIRA, Datadog, Splunk, and Jenkins is an added bonus.
  • 4+ years in a production environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in media adsales is helpful for success.
