Description

  • Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Build efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
  • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within established methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and improve solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice and project teams.
  • Own project delivery from conceptualization through deployment within defined architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant areas.
  • Proven professional experience as a React Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • In-depth knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience applying object-oriented programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.
  • High-level design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience building well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot complex issues (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience with ORMs, architecture and design patterns, unit testing, and AWS (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset (preferred).
